It makes sense that GM would pivot to LFP battery technology, (the Chinese already have).
What I don’t understand, is that all of the refineries in North America are geared to produce lithium hydroxide, (NCM chemical of choice).
Where will the battery grade lithium carbonate for LFP batteries come from?
