whisky, i just dont see here in the US where outside of city driving it will catch on as we do not have the infrastructure for cross state driving and I would say most Americans have no interest in waiting in line for a
charging station and then hours before they can continue on their way or vacation. i do see hybrids as catching on as they make sense and my next vehicle will be on once i get over my mid life crisis with my Miata lol. wife gives me a couple more years before I cant get my butt out of it! with no real push for charging stations interstate, the demand has not risen as some thought. we do see stations popping up at Targets and Sams Clubs etc, but until again for local makes sense but most Americans wont be giving up their big ice suvs and pick up trucks anytime soon. jmho glta
