Hi Mega what I really meant with that comment is you don't get the best from eitger technology. The general idea is to remove ICE from the equation but obviously thats not going to happen overnight and PHEV's are an excellent compromise. I had considered one but eventually decided that if a BEV can do the job why not avoid the servicing requirements of ICE.
