Im of the opinion that if the merger doesnt go through, Yes, SYA will be in trouble.. In fact i think thats glaringly obvious isnt it?
So if your voting NO, and said sink or swim, youl be voting no.. then the only way i can take that is that you dont care what outcome your no vote has on the company.
