Have we even seen a professional ' Fair & Reasonable ' Test conducted for this merger proposition and for its Shareholders to make a decision on their vote......, or are we simply relegated to taking some random persons claims on Hot Copper that if we don't vote yes , its all game over for Sayona Mining ....
And what would a ' Fair & Reasonable Test ' reveal , or moreover what other options would it raise or conclude based on the FACTUAL legalities of it all......, Including the off-take.....
