Im still yet to be convinced why RCF will pay double the price for the shares at 3.2cents when they could have double the amount and basically take over the company.
I would have thought there is a lot of negotiating going on. IMO it wont be in favour of the legacy BOD and the Shareholders. AJM springs to mind.
