I think i may have replied to this question before.. Not sure to you or someone else...but they simply couldn't buy that amount of shares/$$$ on market. the price would be driven up well beyond 3.2c. Their shares will be in escrow anyway with 50% subject to a 6 month escrow and the remaining 50% subject to a 12 month escrow from the date of issue.

Did you read my post the other day about a lithium price recovery to 1350 odd USD/tonne and how easily that will 4X the value of Elevra. Now imagine if RCF can have some say in the management team and direction of the company positively.. in less than 12 months their $69M investment will be looking extremely handsome... Especially if they can bundle up the projects and draw some value from moblan and ewoyaa and sell it off the a major player for a premium over the next 12-36 months....

I think thats the ultimate destiny of Sayona/Elevera/Piedmont. So this attachment people have of going at it alone and getting back to a 5 billion dollar valuation with half of the NAL output locked away in a terrible offtake deal is just farcical.
