I think the risk of both SYA and PLL collapsing is speculative, it all depends on the lithium price and nobody's calling that at the moment, what's not speculative is selling product at a loss and the company remaining profitable. Will the merger provide a real share price upside, well as far as i can see no-one has a answer for that. Plenty of IMHO going on but no definitive answer.
