Will the merger provide a real share price upside, well as far as i can see no-one has a answer for that.

Of course no one has the answer for that and if someone said they did would you believe them anyway...no one here can predict what will happen, just as we can't predict what the price of Spodumene will be at any given point.

The company is merging on the expectation of prices being better over the next 12-18 months but like us they don't know if that will prove correct either, they don't have a clearer crystal ball than we do on the Lithium market, they can only go on what consultants /analysts come up with and they are largely guessing as well.

If the merger doesn't go ahead I tend to agree with Norbeto and we will at best go into C&M or worse go under, for reasons more based on logic than anything else, as SYA then only has its existing cash, which is shrinking and the original OTA with PLL which everyone seemed to hate and want sorted , ironically it was the main aim of the merger in the first place.

As a producer the only thing of importance at the moment is survival and that's largely in the hands of the Lithium gods and always has been.

    Cheers Whisky
