Pretty obvious from when Phil Lucas was appointed back in 2023 that this was always the plan. It makes sense why no off take was never put in place, why the CEO role took so long to fill and changed direction, why the chairman was never appointed, why no effort was made to change the offtake deal, why piedmont sold the entire holding in SYA and why NAL never got the recognition it desevered because it was such a complex and confusion owner structure.
With the company structure post merge being streamlined and all the projects under 1 roof, my hope is this can get valued properly and become investable again in the very near future.
