I think there would be a better chance of getting a downstream chemical plant at NAL, if there was nothing there to begin with.
The technology that existed at the time the unfinished lithium carbonate was designed, has been superseded many times over..
The money it would cost to bring it into production, would be better spent on the latest technology
I think there would be a better chance of getting a downstream...
