not quite just yet they are hanging on with that important asset "äuthier" if someone can offer management a biscuit or piece of cake by way of a loan/placement they can have their foot on the prize & be the PLS luckster. possibly PLL because they are already half way there ? PLS borrowed the funds from a super fund PLL could borrow funds from Tesla or the like.
