I have a feeling they will allow over subscription even it means short dillution.Reason: 1. the spp is 0.075 and not 0.035 unlike the renounceable rights. (Double the amount)
They will use the funds to fast track their projects in
Canada and WA.
If they get $30,000 from 2,000 shareholders (example only . Thats $60M.
2. Its a different ball game. They have court approval of NAL.
Anyhow, I applied for $30k worth of SPP.
All in my own opinion.
