My commonsense says, The management must have decided already. Looking at the current SP, it's clear that it is going to be highly oversubscribed. The management must be very happy looking at the shareholders enthusiasm towards the SPP. They know raising money is not a big issue for them anymore. 5 Mil is not much and it is hard to say anything at this stage.
