20% of $30k (max application) is $6k. I doubt that will be awarded. But surely they reward larger holders instead of larger application amounts? Could have had 1 share and been eligible to apply for $30k. Seems to me this $5mil is more about rewarding loyalty to its shareholders than raising as much as they can.
