I know the sound of the spod bound for NC going to Quebec made my ears perk up.
Will wait to see how valid it is, but I think PLL maybe thinking of Plan B if NC wants them to just produce hydroxide and not mine, they may just say why the hell don't we then produce hydroxide in Quebec where energy is cheaper, and we already have the permitting completed. NC loss is our huge gain.
