My current thoughts on Authier and NAL bid, just thought I'd jot them down here:
Known Facts:
1. Authier is close to finalising BAPE (June assessment)
2. SYA have an agreement for supply with PLL.
3. Authier is 100km's out from NAL one of the closest around.
Possible outcomes:
1. JV to be announced.
2. Someone else wins the NAL bid, still includes Authier as part of the 'hub' due to proximity.
3. SYA wins the NAL bid.
I actually cannot see any negative outcomes.
