If I understand you correctly: In Germany there are various regional exchanges (main exchange: Frankfurt, secondary exchanges: Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Munich .....). and as the least interesting: Berlin )tradegate and L&S are off-exchange trading platforms, which are popular for international mining stocks because of their narrow spread ( negative counterexample: Berlin with spreads sometimes over 70% ).
Basically: you can trade almost all values nationally and internationally at almost all stock exchanges in Germany
