My understanding in life and business if something is not a certainty, then you should always have a plan B.
In the facts (as simple as I listed) we can see what scenarios/possible outcomes can come into fruition.
I did not state once what impact it would have on SP, but now that you mention it and feel free to prove me wrong, the impact on the SP will not be as great as what you think looking at the possible scenarios.
