100% and that's coming for me & I've only been here for what, 6 months? I think a raise of an extra 50% (2.5m) would be reasonable without damaging the dilution to much.
Best way to do it is to fitler out the heaviest & longest holders as they most likely won't dump their shares either for quick profit takings. (maybe that's what he's also alluding to)
