My only issue with that is a personal one. If there’s a longer term holder than me I think they’d be scarce yet, I’ve only just had funding come available to me for any, let alone the full 30k (which I took up last Thurs) so I guess there is no real fair way to make it happen that suits ALL holders…..long-standing or otherwise.
