HI Sweetsound, there's been a lot of mention about "IF a favourable BAPE decision". How "IF" can it be when Sayon have already entered into an agreement to sell 60,000 tons pa starting in July 2023. From my reading it's not conditional on the BAPE. Interested in your view.
