Great point.
So lets assume they magically had the "know how" to produce lithium from Brines because yea that pretty easy (Orecombre is the first to successfully do it in over 20 years) and then lets assume they have streets and bridges that have not been ravaged by war, and then lets assume that basic infrastructure like you know electricity and water were common and dependable .... if all of that were true and they started today, they would start producing by 2030 or 2031. But we know all of that is not true.
I can't believe the news media (actually I can) they take a simple fact that something exists and pretend that you can flip a switch and "boom" done. And what's worse is that the markets that are full of analysts, remain quiet and take advantage.
