Both of those used preditory lenders, both had deals with China who notoriously breaks contracts to send companies into bankruptcy just to re-purchase them for pennies. I don't see any of that here.
I do agree with you on the min / max limiters especially in an inflationary time, I will look to see if I can find a full explanation of the contract anywhere to see what protections are there.
