However , If I was to weigh up the probabilities of a soon to drop announcements like the potential 30 - 35 % expansion results from Authier or , approval and commencement of drilling at Tansim , or further Novonix Purity results , or even an update from BAPE on the confirmation of diminished statutory requirements as well as an update on the combined economics .....against the likelihood of the increased SPP having any effect on the valuation at ALL , I would pick for myself the heavier weighted probabilities that any of these announcements would Trump the downside overhang of any relatively small SPP offering.

And that's even if it was a duplicate of the already 443 million issued under Tranche 1.
