Exactly, and this is why I am very curious how much extra (if any) money will be accepted with the SPP. I really believe that BOD would only take the extra money if they have specific reasons to do so and in my opinion the bigger the amount taken in above the initial CR the bigger the plans.

Sayona is in a great position in North America to be a major player and the faster we get there in a controlled manner the better, considering world politics and competition towards lithium resource and distribution control.

SB has already written a well thought out response countering the dilution fears of which I think makes a very good case not to be concerned over as long of the money is used wisely for Sayona's growth and placement within the North American industry.

I am very much more interested in the amount extra over SPP than what I am going to get with my SPP deposit. So, let's see what Monday's announcement may bring.
