But my take....already have had a TH for the raise, and with all the projects coming on line incl. Gold in Pilbara, SYA ca n use the money to fast track more drilling campaigns etc.
Plus maybe after NAL takeover, may need some more money for other things that may arise.....
They got:
-$45m - Raise from CR from instos and soph
-$8m - PLL
-$5 ? now maybe $10M from SPP....therefore there should not be anymore raises in the foreseeable future for any of the projects on hand.
- plus they may look at consolidation down the track, so with dilution going from 5m to 10m(if that is the case) is quite insignificant...IMO
- Why raise later when they should have inst. investment thrown at them for a higher amount...stopping them selling of for higher profits.
- Retail investors selling of would not affect the share price for $10M worth...
