Watched a couple of videos today - one about the coldest place on earth located somewhere in Siberia where in winter a minus 50deg Celsius is considered warm - and where under minus 70 deg celsius has been recorded. A guy used a frozen banana as a hammer to drive a nail into a log.

The other place somewhere in Ethiopia where a plus 60 deg celsius has been recorded.

Is it global warming, global cooling or just the earth's way of showing extremes.

Wonder how Tesla cars and lithium batteries would perform in those environments - freeze or fry??
