I am not sure how many of you followed the birth of Livent from FMC. FMC had a lithium division that they wanted to spin off into its own company. The division and all of its assets were then created into a company and IPO'd. The shareholder in FMC were compensated via Livent stock

What if the Quebec division of Sayona were put out to IPO? You keep your Sayona stock and get shares in the new Sayona Quebec, and also what if they did this via SPAC on the NASDAQ exchange. This could open up a whole new opportunity to fund the NAL project, Authier, Tansim and possibly acquire Jourdan all in 1 transaction and move this into high gear NOW.

It also then allows Sayona in Australia to concentrate on Gold exploration NOW.

I have been noticing the term Sayona-Quebec in announcements for a few months now where in the past I never saw this, it was always just Sayona... could this be the secret sauce that @silient-bubbles was looking for.
