I don't think we can be absolutely sure of when or even if, but here are a few things to think about.
1. Lithium market has improved and delaying now could cause Quebec to lose out on some very good profits.
2. All of last year we only heard that Sayona bid on NAL. We now know of at least 2 others and I would suggest more.
3. Sayona is in the best position that it ever has been with no debt and a 14 year off-take agreement.
4. Nemaska is solved and was not delayed, hopefully this is the trend.
My guess for a date would be the week of March 8th or the week of March 22. Can't wait to see the ann that says TRADING HALT - price sensitive yes.
