Thanks for the info, and that makes perfect sense, with my gut feeling. When SYA submitted the bid early last year, for almost a year, the monitor could not decide and did not want SYA to withdraw their bid. They support the Hub idea but something did not line up. Until Oct last year, right before the latest rebound of lithium price, NAL attracts more buyers, then they relaunched the process, and then make sense for the 13th report as they have a plan to review, a more complicated plan which needs more time, a JV in my opinion. Again, just my 2c.
