Personally, I would not use such strong term such as "nationality discrimination" to describe the company's actions.
I think it could be an oversight, or technical constraints of whatever.
I do think that the company needs to do rethink their strategy and stand wrt international investors. Does the company with international assets want to be an international player with international investors? I am sure the answer is YES and why not! Then, they need to start thinking and acting globally.
