The thing is; I have subscribed to the rights issue in Mar and I am successfully allocated shares. But the SPP in Jul/Aug we are being rejected. Both stated that it is for shareholders with an ANZ address. The only difference I can see is during Mar (before NAL was awarded), the business is still risky and the company is in need of support from as many shareholders as they can get. Now in Jul/Aug after NAL is more or less awarded, the company can pick and choose and they chose to restrict it to local shareholders.
Like I said, the company has to decide whether they want support from International shareholders or not.
