In a similar situation as Luanboo.
After my mail to Brett, I will be raising the issue to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to help to facilitate good and fair practices based on the good relationship between the 2 countries.
Not sure if other international investors have such an issue though as we don't see any feedbacks here.
