I wouldn't worry about the wording in the company announcement.
MoU's & BOA's are usually 50 odd page documents the lawyers have typed up with a plethora of legal clauses.
Bottom line is $900 cap is not great if the spot market is multiple's of that.
Keith knows that PLL is contractually obliged to deliver 50/ktpa SC6 to Tesla, hence why he has a contingency with Sayona for a minimum of 60/ktpa SC6 or 50% which ever is greater in writing.
Great for PLL, not great for SYA
