I think that already might have happened as there were 566,357,709 shares which had been traded JUST on the ASX ( not including Chi-x ) in the last 15 days since the 25th August and the first day of trading of the NEW shares on the ASX

That of course includes both :-

a.) 266,666,917 were a direct result of the SPP Tranche 2. Additional 266,666,917 shares to be issued pursuant to a share purchase plan

b.) 176,368,779 were issued on the 24th August which were also an offer of securities under a securitiespurchase plan ( ie Piedmont )

So ( a + b ) = 443,035,696 with the difference being around 123,322,013 remaining as at yesterday's close of trade on 14th Sept

There were also a further 8,907,941 were issued on the 26th August @ AUD 0.02914560 per share and were for .....Shares issued pursuant to acceptance of an offer to subscribe for additional shares on the same terms as other sharesissued by the Company. An Appendix 3B was not lodged as there was no notice received of the proposed issue.

And another 31,942,458 were issued on 26th August @ AUD 0.04975000 as a further placement to Piedmont to maintain dilution discrepancies ?

So I reckon whoever wanted to sell and / or who intended to sell after the SPP has well and truly almost been cleared at the 15 - 15.5 cent level if you include on top of these number the Chi-x volumes.
