See there you go again ' spouting ' you're B.S . Everyone who has Invested in mining stocks in Canada or Australia would know that Canada's equivalent to the JORC reporting code is the Ni-43-101 code . And it used this code because it is the one that is required and used for ' securities ' listings in Canada.

And everyone on this forum would also know that NAL has had at least a couple of them prepared over the years because it was a Canadian Company and a Company which was previously listed on the Canadian Stock Exchange.

So the Ni-43-101 codes are substantially more involved because of their specific securities listing requirements whereas the JORC is really only used for the reporting of and defining a Mineral Resource.

The mere fact that Sayona has not formerly merged this information regarding NAL's assets for its Australian Investor community doesn't mean it is not there and or hasn't been measured up to official Stock Market listing requirements.

And the ASX would be smart enough to have deciphered these well known differences.....just as they would be fully aware of Sayona's assets which are held in Canada and which were previously and possibly in the future subjected to Canadian Securities legislation and requirements.
