For sure, they are juniors working for a funds management company or broker firm. It's obvious who they are and what their intention is. The "Not Held" sentiment and constant lurking is a give away. They can change their profile but it makes no difference. I don't take them too seriously, I'd be surprised if their downramping has any affect on a stocks price at all.
