Just for those questioning the PLL/SYA offtake deal for 50% at a max of $900/T — a reminder that "The supply agreement is conditional upon Piedmont and Sayona agreeing to a start date for spodumene concentrate deliveries between July 2023 and July 2024, based on the development schedules of both parties."
So, in short, if BOTH parties can't agree on a start date, there is no deal.
