Oh do you happen to have a copy? Maybe you could share it. Either way, I don't need to see the whole agreement to see the conditions. Which is that unless both parties agree on a start date, there is no agreement. It was what it was at the time - a way for PLL to sure up supply off the back of their Tesla agreement, and SYA to sure up demand. Both parties benefit. Things have moved on. PLL might not even get a mine or a plant up.
