There are always and always will be various reasons for anything mate. It just comes down to how likely they are going to effect your Investment and how much more likely that it would even have a long term effect which would concern you. And 4 cents from here would be shaving off a total of $240 million or around 22 plus % off today's valuation....and even more when you think that the market was prepared to pay another $120 million on top of that when it touched 20.0 cents.
So how much would be enough given a certain event would be what you would have to answer. I have a hypothetical which I could use today but see no need to really bring it into the discussion.
