Well down here in Oz the news on lithium is rather thin. I am not aware of the push here for total electric vehicles - there are some hybrids. Charging stations are few and far between and with all the problems with shutdowns, border closures etc, it is difficult to see when any real demand for such vehicles will gain pace. Perhaps one obscure reason for SYA's plight as being under the radar.
I did mention in an earlier post the concern about the DFS being somewhat out of date - so the current usefulness as an asset is rather limited. If the NAL bid is finalised and Sayona is part of it do they still need that DFS anyway as I thought it was only meant for Authier - which if on it's own is going to be larger anyway as you've indicated.
I don't really get what a spin off would do to current holders - how would it work - would holders have two sets of shares and how would allocations be determined.
