Mate I don't think you can say that we are looking specifically for something in the Annual Report or not which is going to elevate the SP to a higher level or not. Because the Market would already have its own likelihood or probability of what the movements in the Register will look like. They are part of it remember. So what we are more trying to establish here is the overall ' Phase 1 accumulations and then Phase 2. ' Mark Up' whether we are in those Phases ( obviously we are ) , and what are the likely events which may extended or move this trend further upwards and perhaps what that time-line might look like and or what the causes of that are.
And we've actually nutted out a lot of that already with certain expected events. But essentially you are on the right track. The main accumulation by these strategists and market clairvoyants , perpetrator's or influencer's have already largely accumulated with some others now accumulating at these clear uptrend support levels now that the ' Mark Up ' trend has seemingly been confirmed.
But as you can see , the timing of those expectations , the Parties to whom they may relate , and how it will ultimately be spun or when they will be dropped by Management in-accordance with Industry expectations , timings including Quebec time-lines is NOT in our control. So ALL we can do is look for the signs which begin with recognizing that we are indeed in this beginning Phases and that we will be tracking almost lock step with other Peers and events in this overall Industry. So all we can do is what we are currently doing as Investors ......and that is to try and unlock progress before it is formally announced .
Like for instance with my estimations of Cash on Hand by end of September. So this information wouldn't normally be known by the markets ( except for those in the Company itself ) until later in October. But if we can highlight that now , then we can in some ways de-risk and feel more comfortable in our Investment decisions to hold or accumulate.
