Heck even Chief Monik Kistabish , who was the head of the FIRST NATIONS Conseil de a Premiere Nation Abitibiwinni of the Pikogan stated in their meeting and signing of their FIRST agreement with Sayona .....which was as early as 12th December 2019 made the comments from the surrounding press release of that FIRST Nations agreement regards NAL as follows :-
