Unlike newer Li companies SYA went through the hard times hence so many shares to keep afloat.
During this time SYA were there in Canada and talking with entities re NAL, Government and were able to show that the BOD were able to build a Li mine to produce low cost and high quality spondumene, meaning Altura mining in W.A.
This I believe was a deciding factor, that the team had experience in spondumene Li mining and a network of high profile previous customers.
Less shares would be a better look.
Perhaps Ford for a new partner.
