I would say 80% chance it will touch 15.5. I would start placing orders as quick as you can to get in front of the Que. I could be wrong, however it usually does. Last time we had 300 in just to Buy lines
TBH. My selfish me doesn't want a SPP... I dont want to think of any overhang and just get this show rolling
