When opportunity knocks, grab the brass ring with both hands.
I suspect the strategic view from SYA is that buying Moblan today is a move to ensure it does not fall into the hands of competitors, who may just do so to sterilise it from being under our portfolio down the track.
They may well have the viewpoint that in 5, 10 or 20 years time, quality assets are going to be hard to find, and letting one next door to us slip away in 2021 would have been a costly historic mistake...
