1. SYA have NAL/Authier/Tansim - Does it not make sense to spend the money on NAL and Authier before acquiring new deposits? Even in the financial report they state that it will possibly require a CR.
Authier still requires BAPE approval before it can proceed (although it does seems likely to be approved eventually). If Moblan already has BAPE approval, then Moblan resource may be a faster route to obtaining additional ore to combine with NAL ore and restarting the NAL plant.
