Totally understand. It is about the quantity, but ]why spend over $100M now and not wait until all expenditure has been calculated for NAL and Authier? I don't understand the necessity to purchase Moblan prior to evaluating the costs to getting NAL operational.
Is it that SYA has enough time to come up with the expenditure before producing? Or are they thinking that when it comes to getting NAL operational they will go for finance? (I mean they would get a pretty low interest rate) Just my thoughts, it is just the business side of me that's coming out.
