Interesting that the reporter who posted the piece on Cindy - Jean Pascal Lavoie was the Advisor to the Associate Secretary to the Chief Information Officer for of the ' Quebec Treasury ' form 2013 to 2016 and the ' Intervention Advisor to Information Executives of the Government of Quebec from 2012 to 2013 and ALL while also representing Independent Journalism for written press from 2006 to 2014 .More recently he was Media relations and public affairs advisor for 5 years between 2016 - 2021 for La Capitale Financial Group Inc who is one of the Largest General Insurers in Quebec. La Capitale then merged with Beneva in 2020.He is now Senior Advisor to the National public relations firm.So her ( Cindy's ) contact run deep into the bowels and depths of Quebec Government ......
